Our Partners.

Friendship House obtains free and low-cost food to stock our Pantry through our partnership with Foodlink, a regional food bank located in Rochester, New York. We stock our shelves with items from all food groups enabling those we serve to have access to a balanced and nutritious diet.

Other partners such as Wegmans and Walmart provide fresh produce, meat, dairy products, baked goods and prepared meals for us to pick up seven days a week.

Farmers, restaurants, and other food suppliers also donate so that we may offer a good selection of basic food items for those in need.

Everyone can help.

Donating food is something everyone can do. Individuals, families, groups, and clubs help keep our shelves stocked. There are items that are always needed in a busy Food Pantry and donating is a simple way of expressing your support.

Planning a food donation is even a great way to teach kids empathy and compassion. Have you considered keeping a box in your kitchen and adding one item to it when you grocery shop? Kids love to help.
